Details

Create a simple home page for a company. This page should have a logo, image and background set in layers. You can create the logo and background within Flash and/or use images from your school’s image library.

1. Create a simple logo for a company, convert it to a Graphic Symbol so that it is placed in the Library panel. Delete the symbol from the stage.
2. Create a background for the company in Flash. There is a BACKGROUND colour box in the PROPERTIES INSPECTOR if you just want a single colour background. You can add some text to the background if you wish. Convert it to a GRAPHIC SYMBOL so that it is in the LIBRARY panel.

3 Insert an image from your school’s image library into the Flash library.
4 Add three layers to the TIMELINE panel for the page and name them appropriately.
5 Insert the symbols from the LIBRARY panel to the appropriate layers.
6 Save the page then test it using TEST MOVIE from the CONTROL menu.
7 Ask your teacher to check your completed page.
